Sidcup MCC

Sidcup & District Motor Cucle Club has been running trials since the club's inception in 1928.

We run a busy schedule of trials events at our Canada Heights venue

Typically we kick off the local trials season with the Sidcup Sixty on the third Sunday of January.

This trial caters for all solo classes and for adult and youth riders.

The first Sidcup Sixty was in 1931.

In April and October we run Beginners and Wobblers trials, where riders new to the sport can ride sections designed for beigners.

In June and/or July we run two Wednesday Evening Trials, which are practice events for any riders from 5:00pm.

The annual Timber Woods Long Distance Trial is in July.

Road-Registered trail and enduro bikes follow a 90-mile course of roads and Byways in Kent.

On the first Sunday in November we run our North Kent Trials Combine (NKTC) trial, the Dick Dickenson Trial for the Simmons Cup.

The Simmons Cup was Sidcup's first 'open' trial, inaugurated in 1929.

On the first Sunday in December we run the Jack Thompson Classic Bike Trial, celerbrating classic (pre 1967) British and European bikes.

In addition there are club members' trails practices at the August Camping Weekend.
